Hi, I’m so happy you’ve found your way here. I’m a passionate wellness practitioner with years of experience as a fitness manager, movement instructor, water-based bodyworker and holistic therapist, dedicated to helping others feel strong, balanced, and deeply connected—mind, body, and soul.
From Switzerland, Australia to Thailand, my training journey has taken me around the world, blending movement, mindful practices, and healing therapies in some of the most beautiful and inspiring places.
Whether I’m guiding a coaching session at the gym, offering water therapy treatment to restore physical and emotional flow at private residence, creating personalized holistic approach, my goal is to help you reconnect with yourself in meaningful and lasting ways. This space was born out of my love for travel, healing, and the belief that wellness should be both transformative and deeply enjoyable—wherever life takes you.
