What is
WATER THERAPIES?
WATER THERPAPIES is a combination of aquatic bodyworks you can find around the world like Watsu, Wata, Healing Dance and Oba.
During a WATER THERAPIES session, a trained practitioner gently cradles, rocks, stretches, massage and move (like dancing) your body through the water. Because the body is supported and buoyant, movements are smooth and flowing, often inducing a meditative, deeply restful state performed in warm water around 35°C / 95°F.
WATER THERAPIES is gentle, non-invasive, and adaptable aquatic bodywork making it suitable for a wide range of people:
-
People with chronic pain – Especially those with back pain, arthritis, or fibromyalgia.
-
Those experiencing stress, anxiety, or burnout – A deeply relaxing, grounding therapy.
-
Pregnant woman – The water supports the body and relieves pressure, easing discomfort.
-
Elderly clients – Improves mobility and reduces joint stress without weight-bearing.
-
Athletes and dancers – Enhances recovery, flexibility, and muscle function.
-
People in physical rehab – Gentle movement supports healing after surgery or injury.
